Fees and Insurance

At this time, my practice is primarily self-pay only.

I do work with clients who request reimbursement from their insurance plans for out-of-network services. Not all plans offer this option; if you are uncertain about yours, I recommend you contact your insurance company directly and ask the following questions:

Does my insurance plan have an out-of-netwrok option for outpatient mental health? 

If yes, is there a separate deductable? 

If no, what percentage of out-of-network costs does my plan cover? 

Clients will need to pay the regular rate and then request reimbursement from their insurance company. I am more than happy to provide any documentation/"Super Bill" of services and payments which may be required?
